- 4 Cup Chicken Stock
- 3 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 inch Ginger
- 3 tbsp Black Peppercorns
- 6 Red Chillies
- 6 Garlic Cloves
- 6 Green Cardamom
- 6 Black Cardamom
- 5 Stick Cinnamon
- 4 Cloves
- Salt

For Seekh Kebab Masala
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 2 tbsp Bengal Gram Dal
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper

- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Red chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- Mace Strands

For Kebab Mixture
- 450 gms Chicken Breast
- Onion (Fried)
- 2 Green Chillies (chopped)
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 4 tbsp Seekh kebab Masala
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- Oil

- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 Bay Leaf
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Green Peas
- 3 tsp Garam Masala
- 3 tsp Ginger Paste
- 3 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Cup Basmati Rice
- 1 1/2 Cup
- Salt
